INTERNATIONAL journey permits will have to be carried on vehicles carrying goods to Continental destinations at all times including that part of the journey within the United Kingdom if a Bill now before Parliament becomes law, The International Road Haulage Permits Bill makes further provision with respect to the forgery, carriage and production of licences, permits, authorizations and other documents relating to the international carriage of goods by road.
