• The Wiles Group Ltd. have made a formal offer for the Provincial Traction Co. Ltd., whose subsidiaries include the 60-strong bus fleet of Gosport and Fareham Omnibus Co., of Fareham, Hants. Shareholders have been advised to accept the offer.
