sengers on the railway and the Crown Prosecution Service is currently studying the file compiled by the British Transport Police.
The 37-year-old driver for Envirowaste, based in Harleston, Norfolk, allegedly crossed a railway crossing near Peterborough just seconds before a 70mph train sped through.
