III West Midland Deputy Licensing Authority Roger Seymour has adjourned disciplinary proceedings involving Seagull Foods of Redditch, while convictions said to be recorded against the company are investigated.
When the company,
11111i„..49 which also wants to increase the authorisation on its restricted licence from nine to 10 vehicles, failed to appear before the DLA in October the hearing was adjourned to give it a chance to attend (CM 19-25 October). Seagull again failed to put in an appearance and Seymour said he was concerned that it should ignore his direction to attend.
