Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Bartrum Group has won its first national dedicated distribution contract, with electrical goods manufacturer MK Electric.

The 22 million three-year deal involves the weekly delivery of MK products from the company's Edmonton central warehouse to 850 wholesalers nationwide.

Bartrum is using seven extended Seddon Atkinson Strato 325 prime movers with three drawbar trailers and 17 demountable bodies from Ray Smith Demountables. Drawbars were chosen for their flexibility: they will enable Bartrum Group to do without subcontractors, even during peak periods.

MK previously used parcel operators, even though many parcels were pallet loads.

The Bartrum drawbar rigs will transport up to 28 pallet loads at a time, all in MK livery. They were supplied by Ti-umber Trucks of Diss, a Seddon Atkinson dealer which is part of the Bartrum Group.
