Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Yorkshire distribution company Onward is expanding its integrated storage and distribution business, as the company restructures into four main product groupings — part of a four-year business plan to offer closely-targeted services.

To support the four divisions — Onward Primary, Onward Distribution, Onward Services and Onward Store — Onward is investing in a new fleet and updating its existing fleet. Six ERF LiOs, with Cummins engines, will arrive in December, and the company is on the brink of placing an order for a further 24 HGVs. Over the next year, Onward will refurbish 25 tractive units and 33 trailers, and will convert 16 trailers to tautliners in a programme which began in November.

Onward is also expanding its total warehousing by 5,000m2 with more than half the new space going to the company's South Kirkby warehouse.
