Just one respondent to the latest Quarterly Transport Activity Survey (QTAS) from the Freight Transport Association (ETA) said road congestion had improved. The South West suf

FTA chief economist Simon Chapman says: "The results are very encouraging, with respondents from all sectors of the freight transport industry reporting growth and optimism in the market. However, this is blighted by the unreliability of the road network."
