ICELS carrier Atlas Express has introduced a new system of rational control and a new-look livery for its 1,600 vehicles.

ix regional managers have been appointed, each looking after between four and six of the company's 29 regional depots. A restructured management reporting system will help tighten up internal communications.
The company has opened its biggest depot at Burnt Mills in Basildon, Essex. It is on a 5.5 acre site. Atlas plans to open another depot at Wellingborough shortly.
