Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

SPECIAL arrangements have been made by the Lothian and Borders Police for coach parking during the International Festival of Music and .Drama and the Military Tattoo at Edinburgh Castle, from August 22-September 11.

Private coaches can be parked in the Edinburgh area at Morrison Street Mineral Yard OffStreet Car Park. Coaches for the Tattoo can be parked at George IV Bridge on both sides, and on Chambers Street on both sides from West College Street to George IV Bridge. Coaches will no longer be allowed to wait in the Grassmarket area.

If there are two performances, coaches for the first will set down passengers in the streets and wait there for them. Coaches arriving for the second show will set down passengers and park if there is any space. If not, the drivers will be advised to park in Morrison Street Coach Park and return to George IV Street and Chambers Street at 11.30pm to pick up the people.

When there is a single performance only, the coaches will remain parked in these streets until the passengers return.

Coaches will not be allowed to park in the streets in the central area of the City. All coach parking will be under the direction of the police.
