Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

IANCHESTER-based haulage contractor B. Wellman Ltd has taken slivery of a new 46-ton payload tri-axle trailer from Transquip ternational Trailers of Corby. Together with a DAF 2800 6x4 tractive unit it has a plated weight of 108 tons gross. The six-axle combination can handle many types of heavy machinery without exceeding 10 tons on any individual axle.

Power to the hydraulically operated gooseneck is provided by a Hatz diesel power pack housed in a cage alongside the neck.

There are front-spring assisted ramps at the front, but the load bearing tri-axle rear bridge and beaver tail allows large plant items to be loaded from the rear.
