• Following a report in CM last week, Mr P. J. Wallington, former fleet engineer with Bow Bells Transport Ltd, is taking legal advice on whether he should sue his former employer who is now trading as Bow Bells Deliveries Ltd. Mr Wallington, who was employed by the company. told CM this last Friday after reading our report on the hearing of an operator's licence application by Bow Bells.
Mr D. I. R. Muir, the Metropolitan LA, was told by Miss E. Havers, representing
the applicant, that Mr Wallington "was n satisfactory by any means".
