of Transport has accepted a tender of £608,005 for the construction of the first section of the Hereford City north-south relief road which will form part of the A49 NewportShrewsbury trunk road through the city. New West End Restrictions: No-waiting restrictions have been imposed on certain lengths of streets in the eastern part of the St. James' parking meter zone in London's West End. The lengths of street where the restrictions apply have been clearly marked by double yellow lines on the carriageway alongside the kerb. The regulations will also restrict loading and unloading to the hours between midnight and 8.30 a.m.
