Ltd. has received orders totalling 140 vehicles from South Africa and Australia during the past week. The Australian orders include 30 Mandator, 20 Marshal and six Monarch goods chassis together with three Militant six-wheel-drive, heavyduty, cross-country chassis. South African orders include 12 Majestic six-wheelers, 30 Monarch four-wheelers and six Matador 4 x 4 chassis. In addition, 36 Regal bus/coach chassis are to be supplied to South Africa.
TRAILERS FOR SILVER ROADWAYS: Crane Fruehauf Trailers Ltd. is supplying 25 I6-ton, fiat platform, tandem axle semitrailers to Silver Roadways Ltd., London.
MORE A.E.C.s FOR PORTUGAL: A.E.C. Ltd. has received orders from Portugal for 10 Monarch medium-weight goods chassis and two Majestic six-wheeled, normal-con trol goods chassis. The chassis will be assembled at the U.T.I.C, plant in Cabo Ruivo.
MORE RENOWNS FOR NOTTINGHAM: Nottingham City Transport, which already has 35 A.E.C. Renown double-deckers on order, has ordered another seven Renowns. Bodywork for the additional vehicles will be by Northern Counties Motor Body and Engineering Co. Ltd.
45-FOOTERS FOR RUSSELLS OF BATHGATE: Russells of Bathgate Ltd. is taking delivery of 12 45-ft.-long, 20-ton, tandem axle semi-trailers built by Crane Fruehauf Trailers Ltd
