• Refrigerated Vehicles of Framfield, East Sussex and Bradford,West Yorkshire is now building reefer trailers.
Its first for Allied Frozen Foods is a 13.6m unit with an underslung Transfrig Futura unit capable of carrying 26 metric/33 Euro pallets.
A moving bulkhead separates frozen from chilled goods, each side cooled by two roof-mounted evaporators at each end.
Five-element GRP with styrofoam panels are used and rear frame and door furniture are stainless steel.
