Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Western Star is a Canadian manufacturer based on the former Canadian branch of White, hence the resemblance of the sheet metal to White trucks built in the USA. REME workshops at the Suffield Training Area in Canada operate Western Star wreckers, locally purchased and fitted with Holmes recovery gear.

The Museum would be interested to hear from any of your readers who have information, or photos, of any non-standard recovery vehicles used by the army either in the UK or overseas during or since World War 11.
