• NFC Properties — set up to sell old National Freight Consortium buildings for development — has awarded a £10.5 million contract to Hunting Gate Construction to build an office block on the site of a derelict former NFC operations centre in the City of London. "There isn't much call for truck depots in the middle of the City these days," remarks the development company.
