Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

NATIONAL Bus Company subsidiary Herald Engineering is cooperating with Mitsubishi Commercial Vehicles in developing Minibus Act and full psv versions of the Mibsubishi L300 panel van. Herald has also been appointed service agent for Mitsubishi marine engines.

Mitsubishi Commercial Vehicles is a division of Colt Cars based at Plymouth and is already producing a range of nonpsv minibuses based on the L300 range.

MCV minibuses include the luxury Gulfstream eight-seater, the 12-seat long wheelbase Wessex and the Tamar 12-seat crew bus. The conversions include full interior trim and are sold through Colt Cars' dealer network.

The company is also evaluating a Mitsubishi Wessex equipped with a Stowalift wheelchair lift.
