Rodgers: Brighton Livingstone: Malta Duncan: Malta FORMER Transport Secretary Bill Rodgers, now a former MP and a leading member of the Social Democrats, is speaking at one industry conference next month but has pulled out of another.

He gives a keynote address at the Centre for Physical Distribution Management's conference in Brighton on May 3, but has pulled out of the Road Haulage Association's Tipcon event, leaving the field for Government spokesman Lord Lucas.

The CPDM conference runs from May 2 and 3.
