L. GARDNER and Sons' sales team has been strengthened by the recruitment of new western and eastern area sales engineers.
Mike Rowley, who has spent most of his working life with Rolls-Royce at Shreyvsbury, is western engineer, responsible for England and Wales from Cumbria to Cornwall.
Mike Joyce, who has worked with Perkins, Cummins and latterly with Econocruise, is responsible for England from Northumberland to Hampshire. He was 1983 winner of the Institute of Road Transport Engineers/brewers' fuel driving economy trials 38-tonne class. Sales were handed before by Gardner's Manchester headquarters.
