Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

IN RESPONSE:1'0 Tony Hughes' letter saying that a new Daf will take 15 months to arrive (CM 30 August), had he and other British hauliers bought British when they were still being manufactured in the United Kingdom. the British truck industry would still have been there for you to have a choice of marques.

But they chose to buy foreign and now have a much smaller choice of manufactures to deal with.

The other problem that the haulage industry will now have is that the likes of Daf, Scania and MAN will be able to name their own price as the choice has now been scaled down.

Hauliers only have themselves to blame.
