Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• South Yorkshire Passenger Transport Executive has opened a 27.5m interchange station in Sheffield, which is linked to the new shopping centre next to the Ml.

The project, which attracted a 50% grant from the European Regional Development Fund, is the first major transport facility to come on stream in the county.

It will become the hub of the county's bus route network, providing a direct interchange between a new railway station

and 120 bus departures per hour. Provision has also been made for a "Supertram" station in the centre of the Meadowhall site, but it is waiting for the Government's go-ahead. 0 South Yorkshire Transport has introduced two special shuttle routes linking Meadowhall with Sheffield and Rotherham. Ten Leyland-DAB articulated 135-seaters carry a proniotional livery sponsored by the shopping centre.
