Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Boots has signed a new north western distribution contract with NFC-subsidiary National Carriers Contract Services, worth 2800,000 a year.

NCCS will operate a total of 17 new Leyland Freighters and a Leyland Cruiser on the contract and will employ 34 NCCS staff.

The service will operate from the Boots Common Stock Room in Chester where NCCS will run the adjacent Re-Distribution Centre, covering branches throughout North Wales, Cheshire and parts of Merseyside.

Deliveries will be made on a daily scheduled basis to each Boots outlet and during a full year the fleet is expected to cover about 900,000kms.

This is the second distribution contract between the two companies in the north west region. The previous contract operated from Denbigh, Clwyd.
