The centre, with four temperaturecontrolled chambers in 9,800 cubic metres of space, is the latest addition to Christian Salvesen Food Service Europe's UK network_ It has been designed to provide cool storage for fresh market produce plus a storage, order picking, consolidation and distribution service for chilled foods — facilities not previously available at any wholesale market.
The Covent Garden centre will be open from 23.00 to 17.00 hours.
