MOBIL'S tanker drivers have taken a further leap ahead of their counterparts in the big four oil companies:' A productivity deal takes the maximum for a 40-hour week up to £147.
A £16 supplement has been added to the £105 basic payment in order to calculate overtime and shift pay, and there is an £8 maximum extra for meeting specific productivity targets.
