Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

HAROLD DEAN (left) became the 1980 Commercial Motor Lorry Driver of the Year at Cranfield last Sunday when he beat 287 other finalists, who had themselves beaten 2500 drivers in regional heats earlier in the year.

Harold, who drives a Seddon Atkinson 400 series for the Bassett Group of Companies in Stoke-on-Trent, is seen here being presented with just one of the many trophies by last year's champion Wynne Phillips. An estimated 25,000 people came to Cranfield to watch the proceedings and join in the fun. There was drama at the site earlier in the day when two marquees were destroyed by fire.
