Mr. J. D. Spooner was appointed Receiver of Taskers of Andover (1932) Ltd. on September 6 by the debenture holder, the company's banker.
Trading is to continue with such reorganization as investigations show to be necessary. Staff at the factories in Andover. Cumbernauld and Skelmersdale have been notified that their employment continues. Circulars are being sent to all customers and creditors of the company.
CM was told on Monday that all outstanding orders will be completed and new inquiries will be welcomed by the Receiver.
