Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Dennison offers an aerodynamic front bulkhead moulding for its curtainsider and boxes, adding £550 to the list price. However, it says: “This is part of the [new] trailer build, so it’s not feasible to retrofit.” Side skirts for a Dennison semi-trailer cost £1,850 and the company says: “It’s theoretically possible for operators to retrofit – though we haven’t had anyone ask for them as a retrofit yet.” It doesn’t make rear ‘wrap-around’ skirts. With regard to any fuel savings offered by aerodynamic aids it reckons that, while it hasn’t any definitive data to back up its projec tions, a fuel saving of 5%-10% could be possible, depending on the individual operation.
