Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

STRAINED TRADE relations between America and Britain are being mollified by Leyland double-deck buses. These are replacing San Francisco's famous but dilapidated cable cars, which have been withdrawn for renewal.

The head of the cable-car company enthuses over the Leylands, which are providing

tourists with a new view of the city and residents with a new view of public transport. He say: that 98 per cent of Americans have never seen a double-deck bus, which makes San Francisco's new vehicles an even greater attraction.

Their only disadvantage is tha they are liable to scrape the ground when negotiating the sharp angles between the city's spectacular hills and level streets.
