Booth (Manchester) Ltd. of South Bank, Yorkshire. concerning their bid to uplift the weight of two tractors and semi-trailers, which was refused by the North Western deputy Licensing Authority last month (The Conmrerciai Motor, October 9), was argued before the Transport Tribunal on Tuesday.
