The full list of awards is published in the current issue of The Motor, in which appears Mr. J.-Inglis
Kees paper, considered by the judges to be the best submitted. In that journal also 'the judges analyse the results of this great effort to secure an improyemeat of highway conditions, describing the Manner in which the contributions were read, sorted, considered and compared, until they were finally classified in the order of merit. We may remind readers of the condition laid down that the decision of the judges is final, but they may rely upon the fact that every letter was carefully read and studied more than once before it reached its final classification.
