• Iveco promises no fewer than 3,000 variants of the Daily City, which was launched this week. The range includes vans of 2.8-3.5 tonnes with volumes of 7.3-17.2m5 and chassis-cabs of 2.86.5 tonnes on six wheelbases from 3.0-4.75m.
The familiar 85 and 105hp engines are joined by the new Daily Unijet 125hp common-rail unit, with a 140hp variable-geometry turbo-diesel waiting in the wings. They are matched to new five and six-speed gearboxes.
