Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

TWO new batteries are announced by Exide for use with the Ford Transit range of commercial vehicles. The units, which have capacities of 59 and 72 a.h., bear the model Nos. 6-VTAZ13L and 6-VTAZ15L respectively. The 59 a.h. unit measures 13.0 in. by 5.5 in. by 8.1 in. high and weigtis about 41 lb., while the 72 a.h. unit measures 14.7-in. by 5.5 in. by 8.2 in. high and weighs 48 lb.

Type 6-VTAZ13L is recommended for use with the petrolengined Transit in cold-climate conditions, while the other model is recommended for use with the diesel-engined versions in normal conditions. Two of the latter model are recommended for use with the diesel-engined Transits when these are operating in cold climates, or when they are of the heavy-duty type.
