Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

MAJOR reconstitution of the A and B licences of Pointer Transport Services

and their subsidiaries, is apparent i the large number of new applications ished in the current Eastern Applicas and Decisions (No. 7/4, May 9).

ointer Group Holdings Ltd. formerly rolled 13 subsidiary companies, making very unwieldy administration as regards sport operations and carriers' licensing ngements. The holding company will now control three companies, Pointer Contractors Ltd., Pointer Aggregates Ltd., and Pointer Group Transport Ltd.

It is understood that the Eastern Licensing Authority welcomes the centralized group licensing arrangements now envisaged, for administration will be greatly simplified; some further streamlining of the multifarious B licence conditions may be anticipated before long.
