• The charge against Charles Labdon alleging contravention of Section 235 (1)(a) of the Road Traffic Act 1960 was withdrawn by Mr Michael Burrell, representing the Ministry of Transport, at Wells Street magistrates' court on Friday. The reason was because the defendant had been notified "out of time".
