Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• The Port of London Authority is to renumber all the sheds and berths within its India and Millwall Group of Docks on the Isle of Dogs. At present there is some duplication of prefix letters identifying sheds, but after March 31 each will carry a number only. This will help drivers delivering exports to particular berths and the new scheme has been welcomed by the RHA.

The new numbers will begin at the Fred Olsen Centre in Millwall Docks, which will be Nos. 1, 2 and 3 berths, and will continue round this section in a clockwise direction and then round the West India Dock.

The group of docks will in future be known as the "India and Mil!wall Docks".
