vehicles at Ashbrook on Stevenage Road, Hitchin, subject to the following conditions and undertakings: • no vehicle maintenance shall take place on authorised vehicles at the operating centre before 9am and after 5pm Mondays to Fridays, and before 9am and after 4pm on Saturdays. No vehicle maintenance shall take place on Sundays or public holidays; • the operator will provide original bank statements for three consecutive months (October, November and December 2013) to the office of the traffic commissioner in Cambridge, by no later than 20 January 2014. During that period, the operator must demonstrate that the average amount in the account meets the required financial standing; • there shall be no operation, movement, loading or unloading of authorised vehicles at the operating centre before 6.30am and after 9pm Mondays to Fridays, and before 7am and after 5.30pm on Saturdays. There will be no operation, movement, loading or unloading of authorised vehicles on Sundays or public holidays, except in circumstances beyond the operator's control. Exceptional circumstances are classified as those that could not have been foreseen by the company. A record of such exceptional circumstances, detailing the times, dates, registration number of the vehicle and reason, shall be kept at the operating centre; • the nominated transport manager will attend a two-day CPC refresher training course provided by a trade body or equivalent independent third party, to be completed by 30 June; • maintenance systems, maintenance documentation and vehicle inspections will be audited by a trade body or equivalent independent third party no later than 1 December and a second audit carried out no later than 1 June 2014.
