Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

with the Driver CPC since 2009, I feel I am entitled to make the following comments.

The trade press seems to be full of older drivers saying what a waste of time the Driver CPC is, and what can they learn from sitting in a classroom for seven hours.

Why don't they take a positive view and ask what they can bring to the classroom?

Many of these drivers have a wealth of experience, which they can pass on to novice drivers.

Whenever we have older drivers on our courses, we encourage them to talk about their experiences in the industry. At the end of the course everyone benefits: older drivers feel as if they have contributed to the day's training and the novice driver has gained vital practical experience.

Come on lads, let's be positive. Edward Pargeter EP Training Services
