Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Vauxhall has introduced an eight-seat conversion with space for a wheelchair on its Midi window van, in its first serious attempt to tap into the taxi market.

The Midi Taxi is available in four models, including two wheelbases and a high-roof option. Conversions are handled by Oughtred & Harrison and Howson Garner. Access is via a rear lift or ramp, a top hinged rear door, nearside sliding door and conventionally hinged front cab passenger door.

They are powered by Vauxhall 2.2-litre diesel or 2.0-litre petrol engines driving through five-speed gearboxes.

The short-wheelbase Hawson Garner diesel costs £15,990; the long-wheelbase high-roof model from Oughtred & Harrison costs £18,372.
