Kenneth Stand age, trading as Star Trucking, has been issued by Eccles magistrates.
Standage, of Scotclunan Lane, Morley, was due to appear at committal proceedings before the magistrates, accused of five offences of forgery in the making of a false instrument, five offences of the fraudulent use of vehicle excise licences, and one offence of handling stolen excise licences. It had been decided that the charges were so serious that they should be dealt with by Bolton Crown Court (CM 18-24 April and 2-8 May).
