Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Aberdeen City Council has added a new Seddon Atkinson Strato 21.215B to its traffic management fleet after the workload became too much for the previous vehicle.

The low-height chassis with a "crash cushion" is designed for cone placement on dual carriageways as well as other traffic management duties. The body was built by Fleming and Taylor from Airdrie and supplied by Nortruck Services.

This is the third Seddon Atkinson on the city's fleet; it is expected to cover more than 50,000km a year. It has a 5.9-fare Cummins B-Series engine with an Allison automatic gearbox.
