• Refrigerated transport trade association Transfrigoroute took to the A45 at Cambridge on Sunday with a convoy of 30 trucks and a film unit. They were filming the opening shots of a new Transfrigoroute video designed to record everything that happens to food from leaving the farm to arriving on the supermarket shelf. Hargrave International managing director and Transfrigoroute leading light Graham Eames, who describes the project as a "cold chain education film", hopes that the video will raise the public's overall awareness of the road transport industry and its contribution to food safety as it affects our daily lives.
