• AA Roadwatch has launched Eurowatch, a European road information service on Oracle Teletext. Detailing roadworks, potential delays, traffic flow to port approaches both side of the Channel, ferry services and weather conditions, the information is updated hourly. The facility also gives updates on diesel prices throughout Europe.
The details are collected from police, highway authorities, the European Road Information Centre (ERIC) in Geneva and the AA's Continer tal Emergency Centre in Boulogne (see page 32).
