Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Milton Keynes-based Trio Containers is spending strongly on new vehicles to expand its Local authority hire fleet.

A Scarab Major suction road sweeper is joining Trio as the company's only sweeper which can be driven without an HGV. Trio has also added two Lacre Compact mad sweepers to its municipal hire fleet. These are mounted on lveco Ford Cargo 1311 chassis with six-litre engines and six-speed gearboxes.

Trio believes it has identified a gap in the hire market for this type of vehicle, says direc tor Cohn Hinson. The company intends to take delivery of 20 more Compacts during 1989, of which between 75-80% will be destined for use by local authorities.
