Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

WE refer to your article in CM, Ma regarding the IRTE Show wherein y make reference to the webbing side guards displayed on a Don-Bur vehi at last year's show. We would like t( point out initially that while Don-Bt. have given every help and assistance developing and proving this concept sole rights to the product lie with Ai International Ltd and extensive work been done to further refine and deve: this product during the past year.

The second point we would like t( make is that, contrary to your staten about the Department of Transport considering the webbing to be "essentially rigid', we have received very favourable comments from ther with regard to this and we look for to introducing a commercially viable webbing side guard kit into the marketplace later this year.
