A SCHEME for the provision of a bus station in the town of Pudsey, situated on the borders of Leeds and Bradford, was the subject of a conference last week between corporation representatives and.M.O.W:T. officials, including the North-east Regional Transport Commissioner.
It provides for a station in the Market Place to be worked on the one-way traffic principle. The proposed layout is U-shaped, with a central shelter. It is intended to provide loading and unloading facilities for the BradfordLeeds service via Pudsey, and the Pudsey-Dewsbury and Ptildsey-Horsfor'th services. The one exception will
