Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

The Hawk has correspondents in far-flung places, as this picture proves.

Spotted in Malta, this Invitingly cheerful bus would almost certainly attract more people back to public transport if its style was replicated in Britain.

The Hawk's Maltese correspondent (a Maltese falcon perhaps?-no, Ed) didn't value it very highly in the comfort stakes, but the intriguing question is, what sort of bus is it? Ft appears to fly the Pegaso horse on its radiator grille but a busexpert of the Hawk's acquaintance reckons the body is a Bedford SB. Perhaps it's neither of these. Does anybody out there know?
