Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

OB TRANSPORT Ltd, of Ellesmere Port, has taken delivery of two Boalloy trailers to carry carbon black from Cabot Carbon Ltd at Ellesmere Port to the Michelin Tyre factory at Stoke on Trent.

Specially constructed vehicles are required to contain the load, which could otherwise create an environmental problem along the route. Loading hatches in the roof of the Tautliner curtain sided semi-trailer allow hopper loading from above the two rows of 18 purpose-built bins along the platform length.

Non-slip coated plywood material provides a good foothold along the roof section.

The curtain sides can be slid back to enable the bins to be removed individually by fork lift truck from the side.
