In a case just brought to the notice of "The Commercial Motor,", the Executive has disclaimed new Leyland spares valued at £535, because no vehicles to which they could be applied were operated on the day of acquisition. It is understood that a vehicle of applicable type had, however, been operated during the past two years.
The operator, whose business was taken over last October and has left the industry, is now faced with the problem of -disposing of the parts.
