Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

ave you heard the one about the three would-be art thieves who painted themselves into a corner when their getaway vehicle was wheel clamped outside London's National Gallery?

Jason Wilkins, Martin McCracken and Philip Neasham were charged with plotting to steal i.130m worth of Van Gogh paintings from the gallery when they appeared at Guildford Crown Court. Their meticulous plan was foiled when they parked on a double-yellow line in Soho Square. They did not have enough cash to unclamp their vehicle which was searched by police who allegedly discovered weapons and a plan of the gallery. Van Gogh suffered for his art — now it could be their turn.
