Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Thames Valley Training, which went into receivership before Christmas, has been revived after being bought by a former subsidiary.

In an unusual legal move, Sitesafe UK has bought the TVT name and goodwill, although the TVT limited company remains in receivership. TVT is now operating from a new site in central Abingdon as a subsidiary of Sitesafe.

Until the switch Sitesafe had been jointly owned by TVT managing director and Sitesafe director Bob Sturgess and TVT training manager and Sitesafe director Richard Hopkins. Hopkins has become Sitesafe managing director and owns most of the new Sitesafe business, while Sturgess has left to be a director of fuel purchasing company Abbey Fuel Supplies.

Sitesafe was set up two years ago to offer safety consultancy to the road transport, construction and chemical industries.
